Refunds / Warranty Claims / Replacement Products 

1. All the products that we sell come with a warranty, please refer to the "Warranty" tab within the product description of each item for full details. 

2. If the product arrives damaged or "dead on arrival", we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. 

3. If the product develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or another remedy in accordance with consumer guarantees. 

4. All the products that we sell come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

5. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

6. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

7. Items sold as "SALE"  items will not be exchanged or refunded. Please check the product carefully before purchase. Once the items are dispatched, no refund/cancellation will be acceptable.
