Shipping Policy

We promote and sell products that are within our warehouse and we also promote and sell products that are offered by our merchant partners. In the unlikely event that you purchase a product that becomes unavailable for whatever reason, you will be notified within 48 hours and offered a full refund.

Shipping charges apply to all product orders placed. Our shipping cost is calculated on the weight, volume and delivery post code for every order. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive and sign for the order during normal business hours. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

We only use person-to-person delivery services (i.e. where the recipient must sign for the delivery) to ensure orders can be tracked all the way through to delivery. For certain orders (i.e. as determined by our fraud prevention policies), we may also request for the courier to verify the identity of the recipient.


ShoppingLane Products

Where a product is being offered by ShoppingLane, it means that the product is in our warehouse and available for immediate despatch upon sale.

Purchases made by 3:30PM (Sydney time), Monday to Friday, are despatched on the same day. Purchases made after 3:30PM (Sydney time), Monday to Friday, are despatched the following day. Purchases made during the weekend or on a public holiday will be despatched on the next available business day. Unfortunately we do not allow for personal pick up.

We use Australia Post and other national courier companies to delivery our products depending upon the size of the shipment. Generally you can expect to receive the product you purchased within 48 hours however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Please also take note of the estimated delivery time indicated under the heading “Deal Conditions”, this is particularly important where you have purchased a custom made product where the delivery period can vary considerably in this regard.

You will be advised by email when your product has been despatched from our warehouse. Within the email you will also be provided with a tracking number.

Please note that we will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however many factors can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
